Blueberry Almond Loaf


Life has been busy and I’m guilty of not posting. I am promising myself that I will get on here and share some of my delicious recipes. This recipe I am sharing today is one of my go to recipes when I am hosting an afternoon tea with the girls or just to have around the house for guest drop ins. The secret to this loaf is the dried blueberries. I like using the dried blueberries as it does not bleed through the batter.


The almond, lemon and blueberry flavourings just marry together beautifully.


This loaf is super easy to make and can be stored in the freezer for those impromptu guests.

If nuts are not your thing, simply omit the extract and almonds.
