Fruit for Dessert

Fruit Platter with Bailey’s Fruit Dip

Our New Year’s Eve Party was kicked off with this delicious fruit platter. I wanted to incorporate pomegrante into our menu as this delicious fruit symbolizes prosperity and is considered a “good luck” food on New Years. I tried my best to incorporate good luck food into the menu of our New Years Eve dinner. I couldn’t resist but to make this delicious Bailey’s Dip.

So simple to make and absolutely delicious!

Bailey’s Fruit Dip

You will need the following:

Bailey’s Fruit Dip

1 1/2 cups whipping cream, whipped

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

In a large bowl prepare the pudding by mixing the pudding mix with the milk and Bailey’s. Once the pudding has been made, fold in the whipping cream. That’s it! Place the dip in a serving bowl with a platter of fruit. If you hate baking, this would make a delicious dessert for a get-to-gether.
